Attend and promote RHP at national and regional tradeshows
Collaborate with customers, office and warehouse staff in growing the business- I think we need to add something about marketing and the working relationship and team role
Represent self as a consultative partner to both direct and indirect channels by understanding customers business needs and providing appropriate value based solutions
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical questions
Assist with new products, technical support and educate users on the benefits and proper usage/installation
Primary responsibility is to drive sales, profitability and awareness of RHP across all levels of distribution. This support should come in the form of trade-shows, field sales and customer visits, training, technical support and more
Should support RHP’s sales and profitability objectives by working with the customers to gain competitive share, optimize distribution, resolves complaints, new product enrollment and training.
Manage assigned accounts personally through regularly scheduled visits.
Access product needs of the WDs, Jobbers, and installers and communicate information to RHP team members for evaluation
Maintain constructive relationships with all RHP team members
Update reports as directed
Functional Microsoft computer knowledge
Represented RHP and its interests with the highest regard to customer satisfaction in a professional manner
Ensures that customers are being updated with the latest promotions, new products, promotional items and marketing materials
Contacts key accounts, as assigned, regularly. Maintains professional relations with all customers. Keeps and communicates records of all meetings, opportunities, etc.
