The Director will develop, plan, and lead the marketing activities. The Director will assist in the development of strategic marketing direction, and lead the marketing team to implement product and service marketing activities that maximize sales and profits. The Director will collaborate extensively with other functional areas in the development and execution of promotional campaigns, strategic plans, product launches, and cost saving initiatives.
Plan, develop, and ensure implementation of multi-dimensional marketing efforts
Develop, plan and lead execution of marketing strategy using key findings that result in a profitable concept-selling format.
Initiate financial analysis in support of new product launches, pricing reviews, strategic development, and cost saving initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with vendors to ensure the strategic development of product portfolio.
Develop and lead product positioning strategies and supporting tactics.
Develop and lead sustainable, disciplined market research processes and practices, to include competitive research, market segmentation, customer research (primary and secondary), behavior modeling research and data base management.
Develop marketing communication plan for the Industrial portfolio.
Support internal associate communications of key marketing and business messaging.
Gather and maintain competitive market analysis.
Manage people, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and associate development as required by the job.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Suite, and other related Microsoft tools
Able to navigate through ERP system and strong analytical tool knowledge
Ability to lead Marketing team over multiple locations on the East Coast; traveling to Largo, FL facility and other locations throughout the US as warranted
Bachelor’s degree in Business required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
8 –10 years of marketing experience
Experience with both Business to Business and Business to Consumer Marketing
