Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Analyses and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Recommends or approves budget, expenditures and appropriations for research and development work.
Effectively manages sales budget for the company.

Immediate Relocation to Fresno/Clovis CA is required. Proven leadership abilities. Requires a Bachelor Degree in a business related major as well as 7 years in work related sales environment with 3 years in a management position leading a large staff. Work is generally performed in an environmentally controlled setting. Is regularly required to sit; stand, walk and climb stairs, speak and hear, both in person and by telephone; and use fingers and hands repetitively to operate office equipment including keyboards, computers, and to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or bend and may lift up to 25 pounds.
