Sr. Content Manager collaborates closely with suppliers to populate Product Information System to support our eCommerce business and our internal Product Information Management System - PartShare. This position will have content responsibilities which includes: acquisition, audit evaluation, final verification and publishing, certifying extended content is complete, accurate and updated in a timely manner. This position will confirm data consistency across product lines and make certain business-critical content requirements are met. Sr. Content Manager will build strong cross-functional and collaborative relationships with The Pronto Network partners to fully understand business needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicate product information requirements and procedures to our supplier partners.
Acquire content directly from suppliers and Opticat. Maintain Opticat submissions.
Evaluate supplier information for accuracy and completeness. Support supplier training to foster continual improvement.
Work with the Sophio Team to ensure content is meeting all quality standards and application tools are performing to maximum functionality.
Understand eCommerce partners specific export templates and content guidelines, provide content support.
Support Non-Application and Tool & Equipment electronic catalog.
Manage Network Product Warehouse product lines, including Vision updates.
Identify and resolve content conflicts in a timely manner. Follow-up with all parties.
Explore and report opportunities to add value to the organization.
Accomplish personal and department goals by accepting ownership of new and different tasks.
Special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Aftermarket Industry managing product information. Content Management experience is necessary.
Advanced understanding of the Auto Care Industry Standards. PIES, ACES, PCdb, PAdb, Brand Table.
Microsoft Office proficiency. Advanced Excel skills a must.
Proven analytical skills and use of data query tools.
Decision making skills.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules.
