Winhere Brake Parts, Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of brake parts to the automotive aftermarket.  We’re seeking an experienced individual to manage the distribution center’s inventory and place replenishment orders to Winhere’s factory in China.  The individual should have a minimum of five years inventory control experience, be familiar with S2K or AS400 systems, Microsoft Office, and have excellent attention to detail.

Inventory Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Develop effective working relationships with customers and peers.
• Monitor customer demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply needs.
• Report inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management and/or customers directly.
• Oversee the DCs Inventory Team in conjunction with the warehouse management staff.
• Manage inventory tracking reports to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels monthly.
• Evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to prevent inventory inaccuracies and shortages.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
• Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
• Product and inventory management certification a plus
